480-W power supply delivers economy benefits
April 24, 2012 | Paul Buckley | 222904491
The new CPS20 power supply unit provides many desirable features: almost no inrush current, helping reduce wiring and fusing costs; overload power of 120% that is available continuously below 45°C ambient making it effectively a 576 W unit; and a power factor of up to 0.99, removing any apparent power issues or losses.
The CPS20 can operate in temperatures from -25 to +70ºC and can therefore be used in almost any working environment. An ATEX approved version with conformal coating is also available for use in potentially explosive areas. As with all PULS designs the efficiency is high, peaking at 94%. Despite its impressive specification the CPS20 only takes up 65 mm of DIN Rail space.
As part of PULS’s economy range, the CPS20 offers value for money matched with cutting edge technology and high-quality.
PULS UK offers a wide selection of account options and payment terms, along with free technical and sales support. Large stocks of the PULS range are held in the UK enabling next-day delivery as standard and same-day delivery as an option if required.
