Siemens, Semikron crank up power in e-car electronics February 22, 2013
In order to speed developments aiming at power modules for electric and hybrid cars, Siemens announced a close collaboration of its Drive Technologies Division with power electronics systems vendor Semikron. At the same time, Siemens acquires Semicron subsidiary VePOINT.
